By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sebastian Says and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Standard Terms

1.2 Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promoter
2.1 The promoter is Sebastian Says (referred to as “the Promoter”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Sebastian Says and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition commences at the time of publication and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on the advertised closing date.
4.2 Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form on the competition page and submit their email address.
5.2 Only one entry per email address is permitted unless otherwise stated.
6. Prize
6.1 The prize is one (1) $500 Sebastian Says digital voucher to be used toward an Autumn wardrobe.
6.2 The voucher must be used in full in a single transaction on the Sebastian Says online store. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
6.3 The voucher is valid for one (1) month from the date it is issued to the winner. Any unused value after this time will expire.
6.4 The voucher is valid on full-price items only.
6.5 The voucher cannot be used on sale items, bundle offers, or promotional bundles.
6.6 The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotional offers, or promotions.
6.7 The voucher is not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
7.2 The draw will take place at Sebastian Says headquarters in Parkdale, Australia.
7.3 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Sebastian Says reserves the right to select a new winner.
8. Communications
8.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sebastian Says.
8.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the opt-out link provided in emails.
8.3 Entrant details will not be shared with third parties.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or attempts to manipulate the promotion.
9.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Liability
10.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sebastian Says is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
10.2 If the promotion cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, Sebastian Says reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.
