Sebastian Says Shopping Doggos Puzzle Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, you opt-in to receive marketing material from Sebastian Says and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open worldwide.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at the time of publication and concludes 11:59pm (ADST) February 28th, 2021.
3.2 In order to enter the competition, entrants must fill out the form on the competition page, leaving entrant’s name, email and country where based.

4. PRIZES: The prize is an illustration of a canine to be featured in the Sebastian Says 2021 Puzzle artwork.
4.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. All draws will take place at Sebastian Says head quarters, Port Melbourne Australia.
5.2 The winner may be announced via email no later than 9:00am (AEST) March 5th, 2021. The prize winner will be notified by email/phone.
5.3 The decision is final and made by Sebastian Says.



6. POINTS AND BONUS POINTS
6.1 1 email entry equals 1 point.

6.2 Bonus points to the value of 40 points are added to the email entry if the entrant purchases 1 puzzle. 1 puzzle equals 40 points. There is no limit to additional points purchased for more than one puzzle.
6.3 Bonus points to the value of 5 points are added to the email entry if the entrant refers 1 friend via email. Every additional email share to a unique email is added to the points. Each email referral must also be redeem to qualify for the bonus points.

7. COMMUNICATIONS
7.1 Entrants agree to receive separate communications from Sebastian Says. However, entrant details will never be made available to any other parties. All other communications will contain an opt-out option.

8. NO LIABILITY
8.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Sebastian Says's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Sebastian Says may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition.
