By entering the competition, you opt-in to receive marketing material from Sebastian Says and agree to the following terms and conditions:

STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. -
WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open worldwide to the public. Voters will cast a vote on entries shown in the album, which will include entrant numbers 01-82. -
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at the time of publication and concludes at 11:59pm (ADST) on December 17, 2024.
3.2 In order to enter the competition, voters must complete the form on the competition page, providing their vote number, email address, and phone number. -
PRIZES
4.1 The prize is a $500 Sebastian Says voucher. The voucher must be used in full in one transaction. There will be one winner.
4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4.3 The winner will need to be available for a Sebastian Says campaign shoot in early 2025. While we will do our best to accommodate the winner’s preferred times and dates, if the winner is unable to attend, we reserve the right to select an alternate dog for the photoshoot. -
HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition during the competition period and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. All draws will take place at Sebastian Says headquarters, Parkdale, Australia.
5.2 The winner will be notified via email/phone and announced no later than 9:00pm (ADST) on December 18, 2024.
5.3 The decision is final and binding and made by Sebastian Says. -
ENTRIES
6.1 One email entry equals one vote. -
COMMUNICATIONS
7.1 Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sebastian Says. However, entrant details will never be shared with third parties. All communications will contain an opt-out option. -
NO LIABILITY
8.1 In the case of an outside event that prevents or significantly hinders Sebastian Says’ ability to proceed with the competition as described, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, or terrorism, Sebastian Says may, at its discretion, cancel or modify the competition.
